Request for Quotation (RFQ) – 2-Year Framework Agreement for Accounting Services in Moldova

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Moldova invites qualified and eligible companies to submit quotations for the establishment of a 2-Year Framework Agreement for Accounting Services in the Republic of Moldova.
The purpose of this procurement is to contract a professional service provider capable of ensuring high-quality accounting support to NRC Moldova operations, in full compliance with Moldovan legislation and applicable reporting requirements.
The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll preparation, statutory reporting and financial statements submission, VAT reimbursement request submission, taxation and compliance advisory support, and provision of documentation required for internal and external audits, as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
